01 Introduction
Promus ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application for AI-powered music stem separation and MIDI transcription. The App is developed and operated by Kirill Kitov, trading as KitLab. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
02 Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
To use the App, you must create an account using one of the following methods:
- Google Sign-In — when signing in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier and email address.
- Email — when registering with an email address, we receive your address and send a confirmation code to verify your identity. No password is required or stored.
This information is used solely for managing your account.
2.2 Audio Content
When using the App's processing features, we receive audio files you upload or provide for processing. Audio content is transmitted to our servers solely to provide the requested services and return results to your device.
2.3 Technical Data
We may collect information about your device, App version, language settings, and technical logs necessary to ensure stable App operation.
2.4 Usage Data
We may collect anonymized data about how you interact with the App to improve its functionality and performance.
2.5 Payment Data
Payments are processed through app store payment platforms. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
03 How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate and manage your account.
- Provide App features and deliver processing results to your device.
- Manage your minute packages.
- Send notifications about processing status.
- Improve the App and fix errors.
- Communicate with you regarding support and updates.

04 Third-Party Services
To operate the App, we work with the following categories of third-party providers:
- Google Sign-In — sign-in via Google account.
- Firebase — sending push notifications about processing status.
- Brevo — sending emails: confirmation codes at sign-in, and product update notifications (if you have opted in).
- Cloud processing providers — performing AI audio processing on remote servers.
- Cloud storage — temporary storage of uploaded files and processing results.
- Payment platforms — processing payments via the app store.
The data shared with each provider is limited to what is strictly necessary for the stated function. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or audio content with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
05 Data Retention and Deletion
Audio files and processing results are stored on our servers for 2 days from the time of processing, after which they are automatically deleted. Account data is retained until your account is deleted. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed from our servers.
06 Data Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. However, no system is completely secure.
07 Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
08 User Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To do so, please contact us at the address below.
You may also manage your email notification preferences at any time through the App's settings. Account-related service notifications will continue to be sent regardless of your preferences.
09 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available in the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
